How Do I Make A Reservation?
To make a reservation, click the request quote button underneath the picture of the vehicle that you wish to rent. Fill out the form request. When you have completed this information, hit submit, and that will start the reservation process. At that time, we will contact you to confirm your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse to anyone who does not meet our terms and conditions of rental.
Will I Get The Same Vehicle That I Reserved?
Yes. We guarantee that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle that you receive on the day your rental begins.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservations without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will be applied. However, cancellations made less than seven days before the rental date will incur a penalty fee of 50 percent of the rental value. Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.
How Does Insurance Work?
All insurance policies must be in place for no less than 6 months. You must have full coverage and one of our Rental Managers will call your insurance provider to verify approval and it’s in good standing.
What Age Do I Have To Be To Rent?
You have to be 25 years old.
Do You Take A Security Deposit?
Yes. The deposit will depend on the type of vehicle that you have rented and the type of insurance that you carry. A charge will be placed on your credit card during the rental period, the charge will be refunded when the vehicle is returned with no issues.
Is There A Limited Number Of Miles I Can Drive?
Each vehicle has an allotted number of 100 free miles that is included in the daily rental fee. Additional charges for miles over will vary depending upon vehicle.
How Much Do I Get Charged Extra Per Mile?
The charges for the extra miles placed on the vehicle will vary. Charges are based on the style and make of the vehicle. All extra mile charges are listed with the rental price.
Am I The Only One Who Can Drive The Car?
Yes. Only the approved driver with full coverage insurance that is verified by our management team is allowed to drive the vehicle.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, Zelle and American Express. Under some circumstances we accept cashier’s checks and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks.
Do You Offer Refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
What Happens If I Get A Ticket or Tolls?
We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs. Clients are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental vehicle. This includes tolls, tickets and towing.
Daily Rates
Rates can adjust daily for any vehicle ranging from $30-175 depending upon the day of the week, Friday & Saturday, and Holiday Weekends. Our Rental Managers will work with each client to get them the most competitive and best price.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes our Rental Team will organize pick up and delivery for $95 each way. The total cost is $190 for both. Or you have an option to only choose one if you decide to pick up or drop of the vehicle yourself. This fee can be reduced to $75 each way for rentals 2-3 days or longer.
Special Discount
All Law Enforcement, LAFD, Military, and City officials get a discount. Please consult with your Rental Manager at the time of booking.
Special Request
Any client who requires a specific drop off time or pick up after hours or early morning not during our normal business hours will be charged an additional $120 fee. We strive to give our clients white glove service but still need to compensate our staff for additional hours.
